Another form notarized...

In the packet of information we received earlier this week was an "agreement" that we had to sign and return to CAH. This agreement states that we agree to 3 years of follow ups with a social worker. This report will then be sent on with pictures of BK. It also states that after those three years and up until his 18th birthday we agree to complete a yearly update, with pictures, of his life. This form had to be notarized and sent back to CAH. One more thing done...
